A large language model is an AI trained on huge amounts of text that predicts the next word and with that writes, summarizes and answers. It is the engine behind ChatGPT and most of today's assistants. In a hotel it can draft review replies or handle chat, but it makes things up if it is not kept on a tight leash.
Example An LLM drafts a polite reply to a one star review in seconds for the front desk to just review.
